Our Mission
E3Y Project (E3Y, Inc.) is a nonprofit organization – 501(c)(3) providing mentoring, tutoring, and leadership services centered around various platforms for middle and high school youth in the DMV. It is our goal to target primarily students in middle school, initially, then moving up to high school youth. By providing academic support and mentoring services, we establish the goal of producing change agents for our communities. The program will form partnerships with local school districts, the juvenile court system, local businesses and other local and national organizations. E3Y, Inc.’s goal is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future.
We have three main vehicles to deliver our mentoring services. Mentees can choose between Bowling For A Purpose, Equestrian by Design, and Leadership BootCamp. Part of our mission is provide our mentees with skills that can be universally applied for the purpose of earning scholarships at the collegiate level or competing in competitions, locally and nationally.
